During the winter holiday evenings, enjoy the festively decorated Trolleys or Shuttles as we go food and wine tasting along the Texas Wine Trail including a guided tour of downtown Fredericksburg.
Enjoy tastings at three wineries, along with pairings of delightful foods from local restaurants. Sample delightful holiday treats as you enjoy your Christmas journey.
This evening tour takes place for only six weeks: November into January when Fredericksburg features thousands of lights, holiday window displays, and our beautifully decorated Markplatz.
While on tour, learn what makes a good pairing of wine and food.
Hear about the Texas Wine Trails and Fredericksburg’s German roots.
Take in the holiday dazzle of what Architectural Digest states as Texas most beautiful small town.

Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to boarding time. As some walking is required, please let us know if anyone in your party requires mobility assistance.
PLEASE NOTE:
You should dress for the weather. The trolleys are heated but will not feel as warm as your personal vehicle.
* There is a minimum number of 12 people required for this tour. If the tour does not receive a minimum number of people, the tour may cancel due to a minimum party commitment to our wineries/restaurants.

Review of: Boutique Winery Experience in the Fredericksburg Texas Hill Country.
We had never tried this before but wanted to give it a shot for our 25th anniversary. This was absolutely unforgettable! Rebecca gave us a quick historic tour of Fredericksburg before hitting the first Winery. We learned ALOT of new information about the establishment of Fredericksburg and Museums. Rebecca knew details about each wine we sampled, from the type of grapes to what we should expect. She was a fabulous host and knows the owners of the wineries. We sampled wine from the barrel which we have never done before, freaking so awesome! Well worth every penny, absolute must if you have never visited Fredericksburg or the smaller wineries. She asks basic questions about the type of wine you like and hits those wineries she knows you will like. We bought wine at each one and didn’t taste a wine we didn’t like.

Bubbles to start, then we met a winemaker in his vineyard, then off to meet some amazing winemakers off the beaten path!
If you are looking for something truly unique and custom catered to you -- this is the only way to g. And with a history tour from a local along the way. Cannot recommend Fredericksburg Tours and Rebecca enough!

Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the history of the area as well as the wineries. She was very helpful with the wineries in keeping standards and changes up to date with COVID!
She even provided a special lunch for our birthdays! Amazing experience!
